How long is the voucher valid?+
12 months from the date of issue, which is printed on the voucher.
Can the voucher be passed on?+
Yes — it's transferable. The recipient can use it or pass it further.
What if the recipient wants a different treatment?+
The voucher's value counts toward any treatment; any difference is settled at the visit, and unused value becomes credit for the next one.
When will I get the voucher and when is it active?+
The PDF is e-mailed to you immediately after you submit the form. It activates when the bank transfer lands on account 209146625/0600 (variable symbol is in your confirmation e-mail, recipient's name in the message field) — usually the same or next business day. Until then the voucher is marked "awaiting payment".
Can I get a refund?+
Yes — within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked, provided the voucher hasn't been redeemed.
